Wingspan offers a variety of room configurations, including expo space, conference rooms and break-out meeting spaces and offices, all of which are fully-equipped with advanced connectivity and audiovisual support. Conference and meeting rooms are fully carpeted and beautifully appointed with high-end finishes. Wingspan also offers a commercial kitchen and concessions.

An outdoor exhibit area opens onto the grounds, providing opportunities for indoor/outdoor events. During the annual Washington County Fair, Wingspan will provide ample indoor exhibit space, restrooms, and concessions.

The Expo Hall has 39,250 Square Feet of contiguous open space with no pillars or posts, and is fitted with an air wall that can divide the room into 2 smaller event spaces measuring 24,720 Square Feet, and 14,530 Square Feet, respectively.

The Conference Room has 10,225 Square Feet and is equipped with 3 air walls that can be used to divide the room into as many as 4 separate spaces. At full size, the Conference Room can accommodate 48, 10' x 10' Trade Show Booths with direct access to the Expo Hall, making this a very versatile space with the ability to accommodate a wide range of events.
